1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cazeus website and the casino and sportsbook services made available through it (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Licence and jurisdiction. The Service is offered under an offshore licence (Curaçao / Anjouan). This is not a licence issued by the UK Gambling Commission. It is your responsibility to check that online gambling with an offshore operator is lawful where you live and that you are eligible to use the Service. The Service is not offered where it would be unlawful.

Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it. Bonus offers have their own rules, which apply in addition to these Terms and prevail for that offer if they conflict.

2. Player Eligibility and KYC

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher legal age where you live) and have full legal capacity.
• You may play only for yourself, with funds that belong to you, and must give accurate, complete and current details when registering.
• Verification (KYC). Before withdrawals, or at any time we reasonably require, we may ask for proof of identity, age, address and source of funds or payment method ownership. Withdrawals can be delayed or refused until verification is complete.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell support at once if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Employees of the operator, its affiliates and game providers, and persons who have self-excluded, may not play.

3. Accounts and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

• One account per person. Multiple accounts, shared accounts and accounts for the same household, device or payment method may be treated as duplicates. We may close duplicate accounts and void winnings and bonuses obtained through them.
• The Service must not be used for money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing or any other unlawful activity. We may monitor transactions, report suspicious activity to the competent authorities and freeze funds where required by law.
• Deposits must be genuine gambling stakes. Depositing and withdrawing with little or no play may be refused or reviewed.
• Bonus abuse, use of bots or automated tools, collusion, exploiting software errors and the use of VPNs or false location data to bypass restrictions are prohibited and can lead to forfeiture of funds and closure of the account.
• Safer-gambling limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion requests are honoured as described in our Responsible Gaming policy.

4. Payments and Withdrawals

• Deposits. Available methods, currencies and limits are shown in the cashier and may vary by country and account status. Only use payment methods registered in your own name. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank, payment provider or blockchain network.
• Withdrawals. Withdrawals are normally paid back to the method used to deposit where possible. Minimum and maximum amounts, processing times and any wagering requirements are shown in the cashier or the relevant bonus terms. Cryptocurrency payouts depend on network confirmation.
• Checks. We may carry out identity and security checks before processing a withdrawal, and may cancel withdrawals made in error or in breach of these Terms.
• Errors. If funds or winnings are credited by mistake, including through a technical fault or a game malfunction, we may correct the balance, and bets placed on a malfunctioning game may be void.
• Dormant accounts. Accounts with no activity for an extended period may be closed in line with the rules published in your account area.

5. Intellectual Property and Liability

Intellectual property. All content on the website — including the Cazeus name, logos, text, graphics and software — and the games supplied by third-party providers are protected by copyright and other rights and belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial play. Copying, scraping, reselling or reverse-engineering any part of the Service is prohibited.

Liability. The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, interruptions caused by third parties or events outside our reasonable control, or decisions you make about gambling. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. You are responsible for your own gambling and for any taxes due on winnings where you live.

Breach and termination. We may suspend or close an account, withhold winnings and void bets if you breach these Terms or the law. You can close your account at any time by contacting support.
