Our Core Principles
Gambling should be entertainment, never a way to make money or solve financial problems. We want every player to enjoy Cazeus in a way that stays fun and under control.
- Play for entertainment. Treat any money you stake as the price of a night out, not as income.
- Only stake what you can afford to lose. Never gamble with money needed for rent, bills, food or debts.
- Do not chase losses. Trying to win back what you have lost usually leads to larger losses. If a session goes badly, stop.
- Keep track of time and spend. Decide your budget and your time before you start, and stick to them.
- Do not gamble when upset, stressed or under the influence of alcohol.
Player Controls and Self-Limitation Tools
You are in charge of how you play. The tools below are the standard safer-gambling controls; ask live chat or email support to set up or change any of them, and check your account area for the options currently available to you.
Deposit limits
Cap how much you can deposit over a day, week or month. Lowering a limit normally applies at once; raising one should only take effect after a waiting period.
Cooling-off period
Take a short break from your account, for example 24 hours up to several weeks, without closing it.
Self-exclusion
Block access to your account for a longer fixed period or permanently. While excluded, do not try to open a new account.
Reality checks
Ask for reminders showing how long you have been playing so you can decide whether to continue.
UK players can also register with GamStop, the free national self-exclusion scheme. Note that GamStop only covers operators that are part of the scheme, so you should combine it with the limits above and with blocking software where needed.
Warning signs. Spending more than planned, borrowing to gamble, hiding your gambling, losing sleep over it, feeling irritable when you cannot play, or gambling to escape problems. If any of this sounds familiar, take a break and talk to someone.
Underage Protection (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or play at Cazeus. We may ask every player for proof of age and identity and can suspend or close accounts where this cannot be confirmed. Winnings and deposits linked to an underage account may be forfeited or returned in line with our Terms and Conditions.
